 ½ cup Lime juice, fresh
 ½ tsp Lime, zest
 2 ½ cups Tomato, medium-large size, diced
 1 ½ cups White Onion, medium, chopped
  cup Sliced Jalapeño, pickled, chopped fine
 Jalapeño liquid (reserved, optional)
  cup Manzanilla Olive, chopped fine
 3 tbsp Orange Juice concentrate, thawed
 ¼ cup Olive Oil
 ¼ cup Green Onion, chopped
  cup Cilantro, chopped
 ¼ tsp Cumin, round
 1.25 lbs Improved Nature® slices, cooked,chilled

Method
1

Blend thoroughly all ingredients except slices, pickled jalapeño, Manzanilla olive liquids

Add slices, toss gently to blend

3

Adjust flavor if desired with each of reserved liquid.
