In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, combine salsa, cumin, garlic powder. Heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Move pan away from heat, slowly stir in sour cream, season with salt if desired.
In a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat, add the vegetable oil and heat to hot. Add 4 Nature's Filets, cook both sides to a light golden brown.
Remove and hold warm. Repeat for remaining filets.
Serve 2 Nature's Filets per serving over rice or favorite buttered pasta. Top with sauce. Enjoy!
