Combine curry powder, salt, turmeric, cayenne pepper, black pepper, ginger, and cinnamon in a bowl, set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add butter, onions, and garlic, cook until onions are soft, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add Nature’s Bits add curry blend, stir well.
Stir in potatoes and tomatoes, reduce heat to a simmer, cover and cook until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.
