Nature’s PRIME® Breaded Filet Sandwich with Sautéed Onion and Sriracha Spread

Ingredients
 4 Nature's Meat™ Filets (4 Nature's PRIME Filets cooked according to package directions)
 6 tbsp Mayonnaise
 2 tsp Sriracha chile sauce (or to taste)
  cup White flour
 2 Eggs, beaten
 1 ⅓ cups Seasoned breadcrumbs
  cup Vegetable oil
 1 Yellow onion - medium size, sliced and cooked to golden brown, held warm
 4 Pieces of favorite lettuce
 4 Hoagie style buns
Instructions

Blend mayonnaise and sriracha, cover and refrigerate.

Place flour and breadcrumbs on separate dinner size plates. Place eggs in medium size bowl and beat lightly.

Pat dry Nature's Filets. Lightly coat each filet with flour. Dip each filet in egg and then coat evenly with breadcrumbs while pressing firmly.

In a medium size sauté or skillet over medium heat, add oil and heat to hot. Add breaded Nature's Filets and cook each side to a golden brown. Place on plate and set aside.

Toast hoagie rolls. Spread both sides with sriracha spread and place Nature's Filets on each. Top with onions and lettuce.
