In a large non-stick skillet over medium-low heat, add oil and heat. Add garlic. Cook 3 minutes, stirring often - do not brown garlic. Add Nature's Chunks, mix gently, cover and hold warm.
In a medium size saucepan over medium heat, add wine and lemon juice. Heat until liquid is reduced by half in volume. Move away from heat.
Set temperature to low heat, place saucepan with wine and lemon juice mixture back on heat. Add ½ stick cubed butter, consistently swirl pan to SLOWLY melt butter. The goal is to have a creamy, sauce like appearance. Continue to add butter in increments until all is incorporated.
Add parsley and blend. Pour sauce over Nature's Chunks and shake pan gently to cover Nature's Chunks.
Portion into bowls or serve over favorite pasta, garnish with breadcrumbs.
