Nature’s PRIME Filet® Sandwich with Creamy Basil Pesto Spread

Ingredients
 12 Nature's Meat™ Filets (Nature's PRIME Filets cooked according to package directions)
 15 tbsp Mayonnaise
 3 tbsp Basil Pesto (prepared or freshly made)
 1 cup Favorite Italian style dressing
 3 tsp Red pepper flakes
 24 Slices seeded whole grain or favorite bread
 24 Slices red onion
 24 Slices tomato
 24 Fresh basil leaves
Instructions

Blend mayonnaise and pesto. Cover and refrigerate.

In a medium size bowl add Italian dressing and Nature's Filets, toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.

Remove Nature's Filets from dressing and place on microwave safe plate. Heat until warmed, cover and set aside.

Toast bread slices. Coat each slice with pesto spread. Place Nature's Filets on toast, sprinkle with red pepper flakes. Top with onion, tomato, and basil leaves.
