Bring to a simmer, lower heat and cook 5 minutes.
Place 4 Nature's Filets in flour, lightly coat both sides. Place filets in egg and coat evenly. Place filets in bread crumbs and press to coat both sides evenly. Repeat with remaining filets. Set aside on a baking sheet pan.
In a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat, add half the oil, heat to hot. Cook Nature's Filets to a light golden brown, turning once. Repeat with remaining filets. Place on a baking sheet.
Pour sauce into a 9 x 13” baking dish. Place Nature's Filets in sauce. Top with mozzarella cheese. Broil until cheese is golden.
To serve: Garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
