Nature’s PRIME® Filets Parmesan Style

Yields4 Servings

 8 Nature's Meat™ Filets, cooled to room temperature (8 Nature's PRIME Filets cooked according to package directions)
 1 Jar (16 oz) Marinara or favorite pasta sauce
 1 pinch Red pepper flakes
 3 Eggs - beaten in a large bowl
 1 cup All-purpose flour in a rectangular casserole dish
 2 ½ cups Bread crumbs in a rectangular dish - seasoned with salt and garlic powder to taste
 ¾ cup Vegetable oil
 1 cup Mozzarella cheese - shredded
 2 tbsp Fresh parsley - chopped

In a medium size saucepan over medium heat, combine sauce and red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer, lower heat and cook 5 minutes.


Place 4 Nature's Filets in flour, lightly coat both sides. Place filets in egg and coat evenly. Place filets in bread crumbs and press to coat both sides evenly. Repeat with remaining filets. Set aside on a baking sheet pan.


In a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat, add half the oil, heat to hot. Cook Nature's Filets to a light golden brown, turning once. Repeat with remaining filets. Place on a baking sheet.


Pour sauce into a 9 x 13” baking dish. Place Nature's Filets in sauce. Top with mozzarella cheese. Broil until cheese is golden.


To serve: Garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
