In a large pot over medium-low heat, add olive oil, and garlic, cook 30 seconds, stirring often.
Stir in broth, Nature’s Large Bits, tomatoes, carrots, oregano, basil and season with salt and pepper.
Reduce heat to a simmer, cover, and simmer 10 minutes.
Stir in beans with liquid and zucchini, cover, simmer another 10 minutes or until zucchini is tender.
Remove from heat, add spinach.
Replace lid allowing the heat from the soup to cook the spinach leaves, about 5 minutes.
