In a deep, wide skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, onion, carrot, and celery, stir.
Cook, stirring often, for 5 minutes, or until soft, but not browned.
Add Nature’s Bits, heat for 2 minutes.
Add the milk, reduce heat to simmer, stirring occasionally until the milk has almost completely evaporated.
Stir in the nutmeg and salt.
Add the wine, continue to simmer until the wine has almost evaporated.
Add pasta sauce, simmer until sauce is thickened.
Portion pasta into bowls, top with sauce.
