Nature’s PRIME® Mini Pieces Cornbread, Cranberry and Fig Dressing

Ingredients
 1 lb Nature’s Meat™ Mini Pieces (4 oz Nature’s PRIME Mini Pieces cooked according to package directions)
 1 stick Butter (4oz)
 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
 1 cup Celery, chopped
 1 cup Onion, chopped
 2 tsp Fresh garlic, chopped
 Salt and Cayenne or Black pepper to taste
 ½ cup Dried cranberries, chopped
 ¼ cup Dried figs, chopped
 1 cup Pecans, chopped
 1 tbsp Fresh sage, chopped
 1 Package (12oz) seasoned cornbread stuffing
 1 ½ cups Chicken or Vegetable broth

Center rack in oven, preheat to 350 degrees.

In a large, deep skillet over medium heat, add butter and oil, heat until butter is melted. Stir in celery, onions, and garlic; cook 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add cooked Nature’s Mini Pieces, stir, cook 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine cornbread, Mini Pieces and vegetable mixture, cranberries, figs, sage, pecans and broth.

Place mixture in a medium buttered baking dish. Bake covered 30 minutes; uncover and bake additional 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Enjoy!
