Nature’s PRIME® Slices Lemon Pepper and Parmesan Bowl

Yields4 Servings

 1 lb Nature's Meat™ Slices, held warm (4 oz Nature's PRIME Slices cooked according to package directions)
 2 tsp (or to taste) Lemon pepper seasoning
 ¼ tsp Garlic powder
 2 tbsp Olive oil
 3 cups Indian Basmati or white rice - fully cooked, held warm
 2 tsp Green onion - finely chopped
 ¼ tsp (or to taste) Red pepper flakes
 ½ cup plus 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
 8 oz (1 package) Frozen broccoli
 Salt to taste

Combine Nature’s Slices, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder and olive oil in a large mixing bowl. Toss to blend.


Add rice, green onion, red pepper flakes, ½ cup Parmesan. Gently toss to blend. Keep warm.


Place broccoli into a large pot, cover with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until tender, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and season with salt to taste. Keep warm.


Portion rice into bowls, top with broccoli and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
