Nature’s PRIME® Slices Sonora Breakfast Wrap

Ingredients
 1 lb Nature's Meat™ Slices (4 oz Nature’s PRIME Slices cooked according to package directions)
 ¼ cup Cooked, chopped onion
 ½ cup Red or Green enchilada sauce
 1 ½ cups Cooked red skin potatoes, medium dice
 Hot sauce to taste
 6 Tortilla wraps (8 inch) at room temperature
 ¾ cup Cheddar or Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
 1 Medium tomato, diced
 ¼ cup Green onions, chopped
Instructions

In a large skillet over medium-low heat, add onions, sauce, Nature’s Slices, and potatoes. Add hot sauce to taste if desired. Blend gently. Heat 4-5 minutes or until hot. Set aside.

Evenly spread mixture down the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese, tomato, and green onions. Roll up and enjoy!
