Sprinkle in taco seasoning while stirring. Heat on medium low for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add Nature's Shreds and stir to blend well. Heat until Nature's Shreds are warmed through. Move skillet away from heat, cover and hold warm.
In a large non-stick skillet or sauté pan over medium high heat, cook both sides of tortillas until medium golden brown blisters appear. Repeat with remaining tortillas and place all on a warm plate. Cover tightly and hold warm.
To serve, spoon even amounts of Nature's Shreds horizontally in the center of each tortilla. Top with tomato, green onion, a splash or two of hot sauce and cheese. Enjoy!
