Nature’s PRIME® Tenders Fajita Style

Ingredients
 8 Nature's Meat™ Tenders (8 Nature's PRIME Tenders cooked according to package directions)
 4 tbsp Olive oil - divided
 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
 1 ½ tsp Lemon pepper seasoned salt
 1 tsp Dried oregano
 1 ½ tsp Cumin - ground
 1 tsp Garlic powder
 1 Medium red bell pepper - cut into 1/4 inch wide strips
 1 Medium green bell pepper - cut into 1/4 inch wide strips
 1 Medium yellow onion - cut into 1/4 inch wide strips
 8 Taco size flour tortillas - warmed and wrapped in foil
 Favorite hot sauce
Instructions

In large bowl, combine 2 tablespoons olive oil, lemon juice and seasonings. Add Nature's Tenders. Turn to coat. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.

In a large cast iron or other heavy skillet, sauté peppers and onions in remaining oil until crisp-tender or colored. Remove and keep warm.

Remove Nature's Tenders from marinade, lightly pat dry. In same skillet, heat tenders until golden brown.

Place 1 tender in center of each tortilla; top with pepper mixture; sprinkle with hot sauce to taste, fold in half. Serve with favorite additional toppings.
