Southern Style Nature’s PRIME® Filets

Yields4 Servings

Ingredients
 4 Nature’s Meat™ Filets (4 Nature’s PRIME Filets cooked according to package directions)
 2 tbsp Oil (neutral oil such as olive oil or canola oil)
 1 tbsp Whole wheat flour
 1 tsp Dried oregano
 1 tsp Rosemary leaves
 ¼ tsp Pepper
 1 pinch Salt
 24 tsp Water (depending on the desired consistency for the gravy)
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large pan. Brown Nature's Meat Filets for 2 minutes on each side. Set aside.

Gravy

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a small pan.

Add 1 tablespoon of whole wheat flour and combine oil with flour. Allow the mixture to brown depending on your desired color for the gravy.

Add 2-4 or more tablespoons of flour depending on your desired consistency for the gravy.

Add seasonings listed in ingredients.

Allow the gravy to cook for 2-3 additional minutes until desired consistency is reached.
