
Ingredients
1 lb Nature's Meat™ Shreds (4 oz Nature's PRIME Shreds cooked according to package directions)
1 tbsp Fresh garlic - chopped
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
¾ cup Carrots - chopped
¾ cup Yellow onion - chopped
¾ cup Celery - chopped
1 ½ qts Vegetable or low sodium chicken stock
3 cups Cooked egg noodles
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Mix together garlic and oil. In a large pot over medium-low heat, add garlic oil mixture and vegetables. Cook, stirring occasionally, 5 to 8 minutes.

Add stock and increase heat to a quick boil. After reaching a boil, lower to simmer. Cook 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

Add Nature’s Shreds and noodles. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
