In a large sauté pan or sauce pot placed over medium high heat and add oil. Heat to hot, but not smoking.
Add onion and bell pepper. Stir to coat with oil. Cook until slightly soft and lightly colored. Remove from pan and hold warm. Place pan or pot back over medium heat.
Add salsa verde. Stir in cumin and pepper flakes, heat until bubbling.
Add Nature's Meat Poppers and blend well. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Warm tortillas on one side in dry sauté pan until soft, about 15 seconds. Turn and heat additional 15 seconds.
To serve: Portion Nature's Meat Poppers, vegetables and tortillas on plates. Garnish with lime wedge.
