Ingredients
 1 lb Nature’s Bits (Nature’s PRIME Bits cooked according to directions)
 1 ½ tbsp Curry powder
 2 tsp Salt (or to taste)
 1 tsp Ground tumeric
 ¼ tsp Cayenne pepper (or to taste)
 ½ tsp Freshly ground black pepper
 ¼ tsp Ground ginger
 ¼ tsp Ground cinnamon
 4 tbsp Butter (or more to taste)
 1 large Onion - diced
 2 Garlic cloves - minced
 2 Potatoes - diced
 2 large Tomatoes (ripe) - diced

Instructions

Combine curry powder, salt, turmeric, cayenne pepper, black pepper, ginger, and cinnamon in a bowl, set aside.

In a large skillet over medium heat, add butter, onions, and garlic, cook until onions are soft, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add Nature’s Bits add curry blend, stir well.

Stir in potatoes and tomatoes, reduce heat to a simmer, cover and cook until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.
