Ingredients
 1 lb Nature’s Chunks (Nature’s PRIME Chunks cooked according to package directions)
 20 oz Indian Rogan Josh Curry simmer sauce - prepackaged, heat & serve
 6 Cherry tomatoes - halved
 1 ½ cups Cooked basmati rice
 Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Instructions

In a large saucepan over medium low heat, add Rogan josh sauce and tomatoes, cover, heat until hot.

Add Nature’s Chunks and gently stir to blend. Cover and heat until hot.

Portion rice into bowls or on plates. Portion sauce mixture over rice and garnish with cilantro leaves.
