Ingredients
 1 lb Nature’s Meat™ Nuggets (4 oz Nature’s PRIME Nuggets cooked according to package directions)
 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
 2 Large onions, thinly sliced
 Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper, to taste
 2 tsp Fresh, quality Indian Curry
 1 Can (13.6 oz) unsweetened coconut milk
 1 cup Diced canned tomatoes, drained
 Fresh basil, chopped for garnish

Instructions

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat to hot, add oil, heat to hot, add onions with pinch of salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until onions are exceptionally soft. Stir in curry powder, and cook, stirring about 1 minute.

Add coconut milk, cook until thickened. Add Nature's Nuggets, turn heat to medium-low, cook for 10 minutes.

Add tomatoes, adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if desired.

Portion over basmati or jasmine rice, garnish with basil. Enjoy!
