
Ingredients
 4  Nature's Meat™ Filets (Nature's PRIME Filets cooked according to package directions)
 5 tbsp Mayonnaise
 1 tbsp Basil Pesto (prepared or freshly made)
 ⅓ cup Favorite Italian style dressing
 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
 8  Slices seeded whole grain or favorite bread
 8  Slices red onion
 8  Slices tomato
 8  Fresh basil leaves
Instructions

Blend mayonnaise and pesto. Cover and refrigerate.

In a medium size bowl add Italian dressing and Nature's Filets, toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.

Remove Nature's Filets from dressing and place on microwave safe plate. Heat until warmed, cover and set aside.

Toast bread slices. Coat each slice with pesto spread. Place Nature's Filets on toast, sprinkle with red pepper flakes. Top with onion, tomato, and basil leaves.
