Ingredients
 1 lb Nature’s Mini Pieces (Nature’s PRIME Mini Pieces cooked according to package directions)
 20 oz Indian lentil dal - heat & serve
 1 ½ cups Cooked basmati rice - held warm
 Fresh red jalapeno pepper - thinly sliced (optional)
 Fresh cilantro leaved for garnish

Instructions

In a large saucepan over medium low heat, add lentil dal, cover and heat until hot. Add water if desired for a thinner consistency.

Add Nature’s Mini Pieces and gently stir to blend. Cover and heat until hot.

Portion rice into bowls or on plates. Portion dal over rice. Garnish with jalapeno and cilantro leaves.
