 1 lb Nature’s Meat™ Mini Pieces (4 oz Nature’s PRIME Mini Pieces cooked according to package directions)
 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
 2 tbsp Fresh ginger, peeled and grated
 1 tsp Fresh garlic, minced
 ½ cup Green onions, chopped
 1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
 1 can (8 oz) bamboo shoots, drained and chopped
 Iceberg, romaine, or butter lettuce leaves
 1 Medium carrot, grated
 ¼ cup Chopped cilantro or ¼ cup fresh chopped mint
 1 cup prepared hoisin sauce
 4 tsp Sesame oil
 ¼ cup Champagne or rice wine vinegar
 Cayenne pepper, ground, to taste

Instructions

In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil, heat, stir in Nature's Meat Mini Pieces, cook for 2 minutes. Add ginger, garlic, green onion, heat for 2 minutes, stirring once. Add water chestnuts and bamboo shoots, stir, heat 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, cover, and hold warm.

Blend hoisin sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, season to taste with cayenne pepper. If desired, add soy sauce to taste. Stir sauce into mixture.

Lay out lettuce leaves, (12 small or 6 large leaves) portion mixture on each and garnish with carrot, chopped cilantro or mint. Serve open face or taco style. Enjoy!
